What are your hours of operation?
Our regular office hours are from 9am to 4pm M-F EST. When office hours are over there is still someone returning calls and handling emails.

Can I combine items and get a shipping discount?
We ask that you order your first item separately in the store. (either over the phone or online) Then we can work out your order so you don't pay single item shipping costs. Your items will be shipped together, not separate.

What is your policy on refunds and returns?
There are NO refunds and NO returns

How do I size my pet for their new collar?
Measure your pet's neck and add 2 inches. ( 2 fingers comfortably) Size 8 will fit a pet's neck from 4"-6", Size 10 will fit a neck size from 6"-8", Size 12 fits necks from 8"-10"....and so on. For the large leather collars measure the dogs neck and add 4". When in doubt, buy the larger size!

Can I order my item(s) to be shipped overnight or rush order?
We do not have an overnight or rush order shipping service available right now.

Can I just swing by the office and pick up my item(s)
It depends what you order. If you order a used item then it can be picked up at our office. But all brand new items are shipped directly from the warehouse and cannot be picked up.

I'm not in the U.S., but in another country...can I order an item to be shipped to me?
We do not offer shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
Items like collars, shirts, coats and other apparel are usually manufactured as the order arrives, so you will be getting a completely brand new product, which is shipped out in about 2 weeks time. Sometimes we do have enough already to go! With that said, please allow a little more than 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept Paypal. You can make a payment through Paypal with a credit card that is not with Paypal and still use the Paypal gateway.

Can I order anything custom.....the way I want it?
Yes! You can order custom shirts and hoodies....the color you want.....with the words you want....in screen print or rhinestones.

Can I call and order with you over the phone?
Yes! You can call your order in or make an order online through the store.

Our customers can feel safe because their information will NEVER be given to or sold to anyone.

Do You Have Any Sales Going On in Your Store Right Now?
Yes! This sale is running from Oct 1st to Oct 31, 2011---extended! Any shirt in the store, screen print and rhinestone (does not include custom made shirts) are 10% off regular store price. And any hoodie in the store (does not include custom made hoodies or Aberdoggie and Fetch hoodies) are 25% off regular store price.
